  • We are located on the stunning grounds of the Golf Club of Indiana. The Cardinal room is located just west of I-65 and 865 at the Whitestown & Zionsville exit. A quick 20 minute drive to/from the IND Airport and downtown Indianapolis.

  • We can seat 280 guests comfortably in The Cardinal Room. We can accommodate 26 guest tables along with other specialty tables and a dance floor.

  • We guarantee access to the room at 9am the day of your event for vendor and décor setup. Our packages allow for up to an hour for your ceremony and five and a half hours for the reception immediately following the ceremony.

  • Yes. You will have private access to our Beauty Lounge and The Bunker. These are two separate rooms in different buildings for wedding party use. (link to the grounds)

  • All wedding packages include an event coordinator. They will answer your questions during the planning process, build timelines, customize room layout, run both your rehearsal, and day of coordination.

  • Yes. If you need decoration recommendations we have a vendor list.

  • No. Outside alcohol is prohibited. We offer exceptional in-house bar packages with customization. Bartenders are included in your package.

  • Yes, however we have a preferred vendor list you may choose from. Other options will be considered based on permits, licenses and other necessary regulations that must be followed.

  • A facility rental fee and signed contract is required in order to book a date.
